  “三佳购物频道”是经国家广电总局批准的、国内首家省级电视台联合创办的、跨地区的专业化电视购物频道。该频道由天津广播电视台、河北电视台、内蒙古电视台强强联合,面向天津、河北、内蒙古三省区市的一亿消费者提供电视购物服务。

SANJIAGOUWU shopping channel is the first cross-regional and professional TV shopping channel in China, which is approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of P.R. C. and jointly launched by provincial level TV stations. Tianjin Broadcasting and TV Station, Hebei Television Station, Inner Mongolia TV Station make joint efforts to provide 0.1 billion consumers in Tianjin, Hebei and Inner Mongolia with TV shopping service.
