  宜和购物频道于2008年3月正式开播,是深圳广播电影电视集团旗下唯一的专业家庭购物频道。


  公司注册资金一亿元人民币,是深圳广电集团投资打造的融合电视、电商、型录、外呼数据营销全渠道的多媒体零售平台。


  现已覆盖深圳、东莞、珠海、惠州、中山、肇庆、梅州、河源、湛江、茂名、韶关、江门、开平、云浮。

覆盖区域人口近4000万,有线电视用户860多万户,拥有会员近150万。


  2015年电商系统全新升级,通过构建微信矩阵,强化移动端购物通路,与电视通路形成前后互补、多屏互动、资源共享、彼此支撑的新通路架构。


  在移动电商跨业融合、异业平台跨界融合、新媒体O2O等领域不断深化,全面打造可持续发展的创新商业模式。


  2016年7月,宜和购物正式启动线下销售新模式,通过行业展会的形象展示进一步强化宜和品牌的知名度和影响力,也为宜和购物平台引进优质行业资源开设了新的服务窗口,是丰富顾客消费体验、提升品牌辨识度和美誉度、吸引新客户的重要手段。成功组织如下活动,集聚了丰富的经验:大型展销会、珠宝展、体育用品博览会、深圳产品、深圳制造。


  宜和型录每月发行近5万份,通过随货附送、邮递等途径,令顾客实时了解宜和商品种类,完善和发展了销售通路。


  外呼2015年5月4日正式运行(电话:400-830-3280),通过主动外呼客户的方式完成会员管理、服务营销及沉睡会员唤醒服务,深度挖掘会员的后续消费力及潜在需求。



Officially launched in March, 2008, EACHome Shopping is the only professional home shopping channel  under Shenzhen Media Group.


Registered with RMB 100m yuan, the company is a multi-media retailing platform established by SMG, with its data marketing channels covering TV, E-commerce, catalog and call-out. 


The business coverage now includes Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Zhaoqing, Meizhou, Heyuan, Jiangmen, Zhanjiang, Maoming, Shaoguan, Kaiping, Yunfu; a second channel is opened in Longgang, Baoan, Zhuhai, Qingyuan, Qingxin.

Coverage population of nearly 40 million, cable television users reaching more than 8.6 million, nearly 1.5million members.  


In 2015, the E-commerce system was upgraded completely. Through the WeChat matrix and mobile shopping channels, a new channel framework, which can interact on multiple screens and share resources, was established to make up for and support TV channels.


With deepening reforms in the cross-border cooperation of mobile E-commerce, different industries and new media 020, new business models will be created in a sustainable and comprehensive way.


Launched in July 2016, EHmall’s offline marketing is a new model to further strengthen the  brand visibility and influence. It is also a shopping platform to introduce high quality industry resources. By opening a new service window, it brings a rich consumption experience, enhances brand recognition and reputation, thus attracting more new customers.
